DMCA — Copyright Policy

BeetVAPK.PRO respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable copyright laws. This page explains what we host, what we do not host, and how rights holders can contact us.

What We Host

This website publishes original written guides, tutorials, reviews, and commentary about streaming applications. We do not host, store, upload, or distribute movies, TV shows, live streams, or other copyrighted media on our servers, and we do not operate a streaming service. The applications our guides describe are third-party tools that index publicly available links; we have no control over the content those tools may find.

Copyright Takedown Requests

If you are a copyright owner (or an authorised agent) and you believe that material on this website — for example an article, an image, or a link published by us — infringes your copyright, please send us a notice containing:

  • Your full name, company (if applicable), and a way to contact you (email address is enough)
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed
  • The exact URL(s) on beetvapk.pro where the material appears
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner
  • Your physical or electronic signature

Send your notice through our Contact Us page with the subject line “DMCA Takedown Request”.

What Happens Next

When we receive a complete and valid notice, we will review it promptly and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material in question, normally within 2–5 business days. We may contact you if we need more information to act on your request.

Counter-Notification

If material you submitted or are associated with was removed in error, you may send a counter-notification with your contact details, the URL of the removed material, and a statement of your good-faith belief that the removal was a mistake or misidentification. If appropriate, removed material may be restored in accordance with the DMCA.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We take copyright seriously. Where a contributor or source repeatedly infringes, we will stop working with that contributor and remove the related material from this website.

A Note on Third-Party Content

Because the apps discussed here index content from across the internet, some complaints are better directed at the host of the actual media file rather than at this guide website. Where that is the case, we will tell you in our reply and, when possible, point you to the hosting source.
